Pure adventure - just sit back in comfort as we take you out on the chase. Endless photograph and video opportunities to be had. Memories and friendships that will last forever.

Accommodation - for your comfort, we rely on comfortable mid-priced motels.

Snacks and bottled water on board

Complimentary professionally edited documentary DVD video of your storm adventure.

What you need to provide yourself - the essentials:

Airfares: Please note: your airfare is NOT included with your Thunderbolt Tour package. If you are traveling by air to Oklahoma City to join a tour, we will provide you with ground transportation from the terminal or a nearby motel to a tour van.

Passport, Travel Documents, Travel Insurance? Please ensure you have a valid passport and visa, if international travel is required to get to Oklahoma City. We also advise that you do obtain travel insurance to cover your stay in the United States.

Subsistence: Sufficient money or a credit/debit card for daily breakfast, lunch and dinner - these are not included in the tour price. Although usually the case, we cant guarantee that an ATM will be available at every town we stay in, so it is wise to carry a small amount of cash with you.

Clothing: We do advise that you pack as lightly as possible which helps you in avoiding having to lug a large suitcase in and out of motels. Laundry facilities will be available at most motels. The USA Great Plains will generally be warm to hot and humid in the daytime during our touring times (late spring / early summer). Light clothing will be required, although, we do recommend that you pack at least one change of warm clothing - following the passage of a cold front or thunderstorm outflow, or when we are out watching lightning at night the temperature will be markedly cooler.

Capture the moments yourself: If you wish, bring your camera & camcorder, film, tapes and tripod, or perhaps a cell phone for keeping in touch with friends and family.

Motion Sickness, Medications? Do you suffer from motion sickness or other ailments that may require ongoing medication? If so then don't forget to pack a sufficient quantity of the appropriate medication(s) to see you through.
