- Booking and payment details. Card details are handled by PayPal or our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
- Emergency contact and health or fitness information, if you give it to us so that we can run your tour safely.
- Photos and video taken on tour.
- Basic technical information when you visit this website, such as your browser and device.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, manage your booking, run your tour safely, contact someone in an emergency, meet our legal and tax obligations, and, only if you opt in, send you storm alerts and news about tours.
Who we share it with
Payment providers (such as PayPal), messaging and email services (such as WhatsApp), our website hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare), our accountant and insurers, and emergency services or authorities when needed for safety or required by law. Some of these providers store information overseas. We do not sell your information.
Health information
We only collect it with your consent, keep it secure, share it only with people who need it to keep you safe, and keep it no longer than we need to.
Marketing messages
We only send storm alerts and marketing messages if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.
Photos and video
We may use photos and video taken on tour on this website and on social media to show what our tours are like. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us before or at any time and we will stop new uses and remove material where we reasonably can.

We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own website. Videos from YouTube only load when you press play, and YouTube may then set its own cookies.

We keep business and tax records for as long as the law requires, at least five years.
